





Art Direction • Graphic Design • Word of Mouth Word-of-mouth campaign to help revive the existing Root Touch-Up product line and break down barriers to try. I had the idea to show how easy it was to use by having our own Vocalpoint team try it ourselves and taking pictures of the process and results. I designed the website layouts and pop-up mailer as well as art directed the photoshoot. A free product coupon was sent through the mail by request and reached about 40,000 homes. This resulted in a 50% increase in awareness, 10x increase in past-3-month purchase, 4x increase in people talking about the product and over 2,000 reviews.
